Blake Nichol

Blake has been practicing law in Calgary since 1998. For the first five years of his career, Blake’s practice included: general litigation, debt collection, corporate and commercial, real estate, dispute resolution, and wills and estates.

In 2003, Blake started his own practice with a primary focus on real estate and small business law. Blake has personally met with and represented his clients’ interests in thousands of residential real estate transactions. Blake has also represented hundreds of Alberta corporations in various small business matters. Blake enjoys meeting with his clients and learning about their businesses.

Client satisfaction is Blake’s highest priority. He always seeks input from past and present clients, and other members of the real estate and business community for ways that he can better deliver his services.

Blake understands that the practice of law constantly changes and he attends professional development courses and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.  Blake has made numerous presentations to Realtors and Mortgage Brokers on contemporary issues surrounding residential real estate law. He was also a volunteer instructor for an adult continuing educational services provider and taught courses on buying and selling houses and condominiums.

Blake is proud to have lived in Calgary since 1971.  He is happily married and has two wonderful children. He also enjoys golfing, sports, camping, and family movie nights.
